Payments made are processed immediately. It is the responsibility of the customer to know and be in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to selling, transferring, processing, transporting, or using a firearm, magazine, and ammunition in the locality in which the customer resides. Enhanced Systems (*ES*) reserves the right to cancel any order, at any time. All products prices and specifications listed for sale are subject to change at anytime.

Cancellation Policy

Orders placed with *ES* may be cancelled prior to shipping. All Firearms cancelled before shipping would be charged a 30% restocking fee. CUSTOMERS FURTHER AUTHORIZE AND CONSENTS TO *ES* CHARGING THE AFOREMENTIONED FEES TO THE DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD USED TO PLACE THE ORIGINAL ONLINE ORDER. Call *ES* customer service to cancel your order. If the order has been shipped, the order may not be cancelled. Please note that the return of the package will be made at the customer’s expense. Cancelled orders may not be reversed. ALL cancellations are final. All sales on gift cards are final and cannot be refunded.

Other Terms

By entering and doing business with Enhanced Systems you have agreed to the the statement, “Firearms are a tool and not any more inherently evil or dangerous than any other inanimate object. The intentions of individuals to either protect or subjugate determine good or evil.”

*ES* makes it a priority to provide accurate and up-to-date product information and specifications for items listed for sale on this website; however, errors and changes in circumstance do occur. All information is provided “As-Is.” In no event shall *ES* be liable for a special, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from any use or performance of or content errors or omissions in the information, even if notified in advance of the potential for such damages.

All users of the information agree that access to any use of the information is subject to these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws, and such access and use is the user’s own risk. *ES* reserves the right to edit, change, or clarify descriptions at any time to correct errors in product listings or reflect changes in circumstance. In the event of inaccuracies in the description of an item, we reserve the right to remove the conflicting information once notified. We make no warranty on the accuracy of a product listing when a conflict in the product information is present. GENERAL FIREARM SALES

All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering. You must be 18 or older to purchase a long gun and 21 or older to purchase a handgun per ATF rules, but state and local laws may differ and you will need to check your local laws before purchasing a firearm. All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items. Firearms/NFA items are Shipped to the FFL dealer of your choosing. It is YOUR responsibility to reach out to them and ensure they are available to do the transfer for you. Not all FFL dealers are NFA dealers, make sure you talk to your dealer first.

NFA ITEM PURCHASE

When purchasing NFA items the time flow is as follows

1. Order is put in and paid for

2. Item is ordered and ATF form

3. filed to transfer to my store takes anywhere from 7-30 days 3 Once item is received in store, ATF form 3 is filed to transfer item to your selected dealer takes another 7-30 days

4. Once item is received to your transferring dealer, you would do the ATF form 4 and submit prints and photographs to the ATF. Once that has been completed and processed and approved your Tax stamp is sent to your dealer and the final transfer is approved to you. New ATF e-forms wait time is promising 90 days. This has not been proven yet.

USED FIREARMS

The seller provides all descriptions for used items. All descriptions for used items are honest and based on actual items being offered for sale. Items being sold in this manner will be marked as such. All sales on used items are final. Photos will be provided when available.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

All orders are shipped promptly from our warehouse or in-store inventory within 5 - 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx.

ONLINE PRICE & DESCRIPTION ERRORS

Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will refund the money. If an item's description contains an error such as incorrect photo, price, accessory or description and a customer makes the order, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer. If the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened condition and we will refund the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees that *ES* will be the final arbiter of discrepancies in the online catalog.

AMMUNITION PURCHASES

You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations. *All ammunition sales will comply with local and state laws and will not be shipped to any restricted areas.*
